Amidst the beginning of occupying ourself with an aggressive onmi-channel company rebrand, Chief Story Telling Officer and Vice President Jill Palmquist recognized earlier than anyone else how important it was going to be to ideate how we begin to tell parts of our brand story through our members. In San Clemente, CA she lead three dynamic days of production where we immersed ourselves in the life and routine of a legend.
